An important group of shareholders joined Shelton Academy to take it to a higher level of academic excellence and to place the school at the forefront of education with a purpose. The group also brought the expertise of the Arenales Foundation, with extensive experience in the management of educational centers. We were contacted to collaborate with the strategic thinking focused to turnaround Shelton Academy and ignite the transformation process with an engaging brand.

From the very start, we identified the key jobs to be done and the core stakeholder needs to measure the degree of change. We acted fast into clarifying to a very special audience, the teachers and parents, the essence of the change and the transformation process through direct communications. Clear objectives were established in the transition timeline: increase enrollments to the academy, summer school, after school and other initiatives.
A comprehensive branding project with the strategic direction, brand enhancement to become world-class, content generation, brand launch and activation of digital communication channels and website to engage not only parents that were already part of Shelton's community, but to communicate effectively the new value proposition throughout the catholic community of Doral, Fl and beyond.
