A WINNING BRAND PLATFORM THAT LEVERAGES ON THE IDB EQUITY TO PROMOTE GROWTH, LOYALTY AND GENERATE VALUE
The new objective was to promote growth, loyalty and generate value of the Credit Union to members and potential members in other countries. Given that IDB-IIC Federal Credit Union name was no longer valid, we were contacted for the challenge.

GROWTH STRATEGY
We analyzed the strategy and evaluated options to connect and expand membership, improve the relationship with members and increase market penetration. The strategy focussed on the "it's all about you" concept.
BRANDING
We created a name IDB GLOBAL and logo that would effectively communicate the changes that were actually taking place: new technological platform, new products and services, and the attention and quality already recognized by the users who have been linked for more than 30 years. We conquered young people without losing traditional customers.
ACTIVATION
We turned a very traditional credit union, close to employees who have been linked to the IDB for more than 30 years, into the ideal choice for young employees and their families. We took the Credit Union from being solely convenient to be truly indispensable.
