BraveUp! is a Chilean EdTech company that combines technology and social-emotional education to prevent, predict, and detect bullying and cyberbullying in schools. With a proven model across Latin America and presence in over 150 schools, BraveUp! had built a differentiated platform: a real-time detection system backed by a unique predictive algorithm, giving school counselors the data they need to act before problems escalate.
With that foundation in place, BraveUp! set its sights on the U.S. market. Entering a new country required more than translating a platform; it demanded a clear English-language narrative, a content strategy tailored to American school counselors, and a lead-generation engine capable of building a pipeline from scratch.
Scalto designed and executed the go-to-market strategy for BraveUp!'s U.S. launch, from brand narrative to marketing engine activation.

We developed BraveUp!'s English-language narrative, positioning the platform not just as a technology tool but as a partner in school safety and social-emotional development. We defined content pillars and messaging frameworks targeting school counselors, directors, and administrative leaders.
We built and activated a full marketing engine for the U.S. market, including a multi-step email automation campaign for school counselors, social media content strategy, and monthly content designed to generate awareness and drive demo requests.

BraveUp! entered the U.S. market with a localized narrative and a demand generation infrastructure built to scale, with a target of reaching 500 to 1,000 schools within the first year of U.S. operations.
