We managed to transform the brand, refine its portfolio efficiently and reach the consensus of all the members involved.
Carvajal has successfully implemented the brand strategy wegenerated. We renewed the identity, keeping the trademark "C" anelevating the integration towards a one-company approach. The rebranding hasbeen critical to aligning people across the company’s seven business sectorsand 15 geographies to identify with and live the Carvajal brand; returning theequity to the master brand: Carvajal.
Following the coporate brand rebranding, we aligned theportfolio of brands engaging in the repositioning efforts of the differentbusiness units as well as its commercial brands such as: Grupo Editorial Norma,Carpak, Mepal, earthpact, wau.
