As the company entered a new stage backed by ArcLight and a broader growth ambition, it required a more defined strategic direction, a clear market position, and a structured communication platform to support its evolution.

Since 2022, Scalto has partnered with Infinigen as a long-term strategic partner, supporting both the definition and execution of its brand and growth strategy across multiple stages of its evolution.

We worked with leadership to define a clear business ambition and positioning, framing Infinigen as an integrated energy infrastructure platform focused on reliability, resilience, and long-term performance. This included stakeholder mapping and the articulation of a strategic narrative aligned with both market realities and growth opportunities.

Brand Platform & Communication System

We developed a comprehensive communication architecture, including brand story, messaging frameworks, and content pillars tailored to key stakeholders. This created a consistent and scalable system to support trust, clarity, and long-term relationship building across the ecosystem.

Marketing Engine & Digital Activation

To operationalize the strategy, we designed and implemented a Marketing Engine focused on continuous execution.
