The transition from Arcis to Quartus initially emerged from a legal need to change the firm’s name. The challenge was not only to execute a successful rebrand, but to strengthen institutional credibility, support fundraising efforts, and create a communication platform aligned with investors, portfolio companies, and strategic partners globally. At the same time, Quartus was refining its focus on AI-driven sectors, particularly healthcare and real-world applications of artificial intelligence.

We supported the transition from Arcis to Quartus by redefining the firm’s positioning, messaging, and institutional narrative around AI and technology growth equity. This included refining the value proposition, clarifying the firm’s investment focus, and helping shape discussions around its AI investment playbook and long-term growth strategy.

In parallel, we worked closely on the positioning of key leaders including Al Tarar, Rizwan Muhammad, and Barry Day through LinkedIn content, articles, and stakeholder-facing communications.
