
Farmacia SAAS y Botiquería are two leading pharmacy retail chains in Venezuela, part of Grupo Cobeca, serving generations of families through an extensive franchise network nationwide.
The brands faced significant reputational and operational challenges, including fragmented brand perception, inconsistencies across franchises, technological limitations, and increasing competitive pressure in a rapidly evolving healthcare retail environment. The group needed to redefine its positioning, clarify the relationship between both brands, their unique value offering, and restore trust among consumers, franchisees, and strategic partners.
Scalto partnered with the group to lead a comprehensive rebranding process and support the strategic foundation for relaunch.



We evaluated strategic scenarios (brand unification vs. dual-brand strategy) and defined a clear positioning for Farmacias SAAS, absorbing the Botiqueria brand, centered on the renewed value proposition: “Cuidamos generaciones, inspiramos confianza.”
We mapped key stakeholder segments: consumers, chronic patients, franchisees, suppliers, and allies, and developed tailored messaging frameworks to restore alignment and strengthen emotional connection.

We modernized SAAS’s visual identity and reinforced content pillars focused on health education, innovation, and community proximity, ensuring coherence between strategy, communication, and future growth initiatives.
