BUILDING INTERNAL ALIGNMENT TO SET THE STAGE FOR CARVAJAL'S GROWTH
We managed to transform the brand, refine its portfolio efficiently and reach the consensus of all the members involved.
Carvajal has successfully implemented the brand strategy we generated. We renewed the identity, keeping the trademark "C" an elevating the integration towards a one-company approach. The rebranding has been critical to aligning people across the company’s seven business sectors and 15 geographies to identify with and live the Carvajal brand; returning the equity to the master brand: Carvajal.
Following the coporate brand rebranding, we aligned the portfolio of brands engaging in the repositioning efforts of the different business units as well as its commercial brands such as: Grupo Editorial Norma, Carpak, Mepal, earthpact, wau, entre otros.
