Digitel, a mobile telecommunications company, had been recognized for its innovative products and services, connecting with the millennials challenging generation. The leadership within this segment was weakening. Our challenge was to evolve the brand and position it as the leading innovation telecom company in Venezuela.

The dynamics of the mobile business required an in-depth analysis as well as creating sound options to connect. We analyzed the technological aspects, 3 to 4 G, as well as the behavioral demands of the segments.
We transformed the brand experience through an innovative and disruptive identity supported by digital media to be entertaining to the young audience. "digi" character came to life. We also brought the brand experience to the digital ecosystem developing the website, app and internal digital assets with a youthful spirit.
A week after its launch, Digitel's new identity became a trending topic and became viral in social networks. Today it reinforces its position as a leader in the Venezuelan territory with a youthful look that fits its target and for its increased market share.
